What does it cost?
My first 5 clients pay $200 once, then $10 a month for life. After that it's $299 once and $15 a month.
When do I pay?
Only when you love the design. I send you 6 free design options first, and you pay nothing until then.
How fast does it go live?
Your site and email go live the day after you pay. Your Google listing takes a few days more, since Google checks you first.
What if I don't love it?
Don't love it after it's live? You get every dollar back within 30 days.
Design
Can I use my own logo, colors and fonts?
Yes. Send them and I build them in.
Can you change the colors but keep the layout I like?
Yes. Pick the layout you like and tell me the colors you want.
Can I change the words, photos, sections and menu?
Yes. Tell me what to change and I change it.
How many rounds of changes do I get?
As many as you need. We keep going until you are happy.
Do I see it before it goes live?
Yes. You see how it looks on a phone and a computer before you say yes.
Your site
Can you add sections like services and prices, a class schedule, a gallery or a contact form?
Yes, tell me what you need and I build it in before you approve. If something is big, like online booking, I tell you the price first.
Does the contact form go to my email?
Yes, straight to your business email.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No, no one honest can promise that. A clear website with the right info helps people find you.
Domain and email
I already own a domain. Can you use it?
Yes, and you never need to share a password. I send you short steps, or you add me as a member.
Will my current email keep working?
Yes. I only change the website records and leave your email alone.
Is the Google listing included?
Yes, you claim it and add me as a manager, and I fill in the rest. Google will ask you to verify it, and I walk you through that.
Ownership and costs
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site, the words and the files are yours.
Can I move to another host later?
Yes. I send you all the files.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, keeping your site safe and up, and small changes. The $10 and $15 plans cover the same things.
Can I make changes myself?
Just email me what to change, like photos, prices or your hours. Small changes are part of the plan, and I price big ones first.
Are there other fees or a contract?
No other fees and no contract. You can cancel any time.
